Can you believe that 2007 is already a memory and 2008 is upon us?

As I reflect on the weeks and months that comprised 2007, I realize that they are filled with many successes and yes, even a fair share of mistakes. If you are anything like me, it's those mistakes; those thoughtless words spoken, those opportunities missed, those sins committed that form a dark cloud of regret and self-pity that follow you into the New Year, and cause you the greatest heartache.
